The Council submits a final version of the plan to the Planning Inspectorate, taking on board all previous feedback received.

The Council adopts the Plan and it holds full weight in planning decisions.

Adoption

We are holding a public consultation from the 23rd October—15th January 2023 on the Exeter Plan, which contains our proposals for how Exeter will develop over the next 20 years.
